At Nexsim, we are committed to delivering reliable digital eSIM services. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • All sales of eSIM services are considered final once delivery has been completed.
  • Refunds are not automatically granted unless under special circumstances explicitly mentioned herein.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered due to a proven technical failure on our part.
  • The eSIM activation details provided were invalid or incorrect.

In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Duplicate or accidental orders: Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment. All delivered services are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Personal technical issues: We do not offer refunds in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to personal technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or loss/damage of the device.
  • Nature of the product: The service is delivered digitally and constitutes a non-tangible, irrevocable good. Therefore, it is not subject to cancellation or refund under standard consumer protection laws related to physical goods.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, customers must:

  2. Provide order details and proof of issue.
  3. Allow up to 7–10 business days for review and response.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Nexsim reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
